Monitoring Progress and Details of a Maintenance Notification Incident

  • You received a notification for maintenance through an email, and now you want to check progress and details of the relevant incident.
  • System Manager is in Operating mode.
  • System Browser is in Application View.
  1. In System Browser, select Applications > Notification > NotificationTemplates > Threshold Message Template.
  • The Initiate Incident tab displays.
  1. Check progress and details of the incident initiated automatically. For background information, see Notification Workspace > Browse Incidents Tab > Initiate Incident Tab.
