Progress Verification

  • The incident to be initiated was created under Notification > Incident Templates.
  • The notification to be launched is available under Notification > Notification Templates.
  • System Manager is in Operating mode.
  1. In System Browser, select Application View.
  1. Select an incident template or select a notification template.
  • The Initiate Incident tab displays.
  1. Check the status of the Progress bar and do one of the following:
  • If the progress has reached 100 percent, click Initiate.
  • If the progress is less than 100 percent, check for in other fields and enter the missing data in the appropriate fields.
    NOTE: represents missing data in mandatory fields.
  • The status of the Progress bar turns to 100 percent once the required data in all mandatory fields has been entered.
  1. Click Initiate.
  • The corresponding Incident is initiated.
