Troubleshooting BACnet Fire 3rd Party
The following section describes how to handle common driver, network, discovery, and EDE file import error conditions.

| The driver configuration is invalid or incorrect. | In the BT BACnet Stack Configuration expander of the BACnet tab, create the required ports and select a network adapter. See Configure the BACnet Driver. |
| Inconsistent driver configuration in the Settings and BT BACnet Stack Configuration expanders of the BACnet tab. | Check that the network number configured in Desigo CC and the network number of the virtual port are the same. The numbers must also match the virtual BACnet network of the BACnet network. |
| You tried to delete a driver currently connected to a network. | You must first delete the corresponding network and then try again to delete the driver. |

Prior to import data in the EDE file is analyzed. Any errors found is are saved in a log file. Open the log file to view the error message.
