Define Base Graphics
Scenario: You want to customize the default base graphic for Desigo Insight migration. The base graphic is used when generating graphic pages.

Prerequisites:
- System Manager is in Engineering mode.
- The System Browser is in Management View.
Steps:
1 – Create Library Folder for Base Graphics
- Select Project > System Settings > Libraries > L1-Headquarters > BA > Software > Desigo Insight Graphic Migration.
- Click Customize the entire library to a lower level .
- A confirmation message displays.
- Click OK.
- An empty folder structure is created for the project library under Project > System settings > Libraries > L4-Project > BA > Software > Desigo Insight Graphic Migration.
2 – Modify Default Base Graphic
- Select Project > System Settings > Libraries > L1-Headquarters > BA > Software > Desigo Insight Graphic Migration > Base Graphics.
- Select the Graphics tab.
- Right-click the image Base_Graphics and select Edit.
- The Graphics Editor opens.
- Click Save As .
- Select Project > System Settings > Libraries > L4-Project > BA > Software > Desigo Insight Graphic Migration > Base Graphics.
- Enter a file name
- Click Save.
3 – Edit Project Base Graphic
- Select Project > System Settings > Libraries > L4-Project > BA > Software > Desigo Insight Graphic Migration > Base Graphics > [File name].
- Right-click the image and select Edit.
- The Graphics Editor opens.
- Edit the graphic based on project requirements, including:
- Replace logo
- Modify the color of the base graphic
- Define static or dynamic text formats, for example:

- Click Save .
4 – Configure Adaptive Base Graphic
The adaptive configuration can only be applied if the page names were standardized in Desigo Insight. In this example, the floor plan, project, and site can be used as tokens.
- Select Project > System Settings > Libraries > L4-Project > BA > Software > Desigo Insight Graphic Migration > Base Graphics > [File name].
- Right-click the image and select Edit.
- The Graphics Editor opens.
- Create a graphic object.
- Select Properties and then General.
- Enter a Description to the token name, for example: #AHU# for an individual match or #AHU,Cool,Heat# for multiple matches.
NOTE: On grouped objects, the token name must be entered in the properties of the grouped object.
- Click Save .
